 The Rio Grande Valley is a poster child for lawsuit abuse.  Despite reforms to our state’s civil justice system, the Valley continues to be ranked as the nation’s worst “Judicial Hellhole” and our  courts continue to be used for greed, not justice. Who pays for this? We do! Local residents pay the price for this abuse.
